- Payment proof: if you upload or send a screenshot of your payment, we use it only to verify and fulfill your order.
- Basic technical data: your browser type, device, and general location, collected automatically by our hosting provider and any analytics we use on the site.
2. How we use it
- To verify and deliver your AI Income OS purchase.
- To send you product access, receipts, and important updates about your order.
- To send occasional emails about new lessons, updates, or bonuses. You can opt out at any time.
- To improve the product and the checkout experience.
3. Where your data is stored
Order submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the AI Income OS team, and in the email inbox we use to communicate with you. We do not store your credit card details, as payments happen inside your GCash or MariBank app, not on our site.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us run the business (e.g., email delivery, hosting), and only to the extent needed to perform that service. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Deletion may affect our ability to continue delivering product updates to you.
