By purchasing or accessing AI Income OS (the "Product"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

A digital, downloadable playbook and template pack that teaches AI-powered income systems. AI Income OS is educational content. It is not a guarantee of income and is not financial, legal, or business advice.

You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own learning and business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your access with others.

Payment is one-time, in Philippine Pesos, made via the payment methods on the checkout page (GCash or MariBank). Access is delivered digitally, typically within 15 minutes after payment verification. Send your proof of payment via the contact channels provided on the checkout page.

Because the Product is a digital download that is delivered immediately upon verification, all sales are final. If you experience a genuine delivery issue, contact us and we'll make it right.

Any earnings claims, examples, or testimonials shown on this site are illustrative and reflect individual effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors. We make no promise that you will earn any specific amount, or any amount at all.

All Product content, brand marks, and materials are owned by AI Income OS. Third-party tool names and logos referenced inside the Product remain the property of their respective owners and are used for educational reference only.

You will not use the Product to build anything that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or the terms of the third-party tools you use alongside it (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, YouTube, Facebook).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Income OS and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
